Welcome to my blog! Ugly title, right? I know and now so do you. This blog is intended for those who have been betrayed by the lover they gave their heart to. The vows to be held onto together “until death us do part” have been catapulted.

This is never to be for the sake of nursing a grudge, or living in the sin of being unforgiving; but for rebuilding the soul that has been aflame in a furnace of affliction. Yours. Mine. Others.

To rebuild our hearts shattered dreams, I’m using the metaphor of a broken down house. To begin construction we need to assess the damage, make plans, using tools to remedy the derelict mess. We must be open to finding the missing parts, the gaps in the walls, the holes in the roof.

Together, we can explore the healing our great God desires for us to walk in, by letting go of the former things.
